Objects we value hold memories, feelings. They tell stories as they are passed down through generations. “Capturing Time” was a carefully curated exhibition of my work held at the Institute of Contemporary Art LA. A selection of my jewels were presented juxtaposed with examples of the natural rare mineral specimens they showcased.

Every gemstone begins in the earth millions of years ago, a product of heat and pressure and time. “Capturing Time” explored the process of taking these rare and ancient elements and transforming them into objects imbued with meaning and memory on a human scale.
